Arkadiusz Kliza – a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, in Wroclaw, the faculty of accountancy and financial control as well as budget accountancy.

The founder and the President of the Management Board of Biuro Rachunkowe “KiW” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Namysłów. In 2011 he passed an exam for candidates for members of supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury shareholding. In 2013 he obtained a general receiver licence. In 2015 he started a legal training for chartered accountant and a legal training at Bad Bill sp. z o.o. Biuro Ekspertyz i Badań Bilansów, Finans-Servis Group.

He specialises in accountancy and tax services as well as payroll services of economic entities, including companies with foreign capital, small and medium enterprises and natural persons conducting business activity. The scope of offered services also includes drawing up economic-financial analyses, drawing up credit and leasing applications, as well as representing the tax payer before revenue offices, Treasury Chambers during tax controls and during tax proceedings.

Leszek Bagnicki – graduated from economic studies at the Economic Faculty of the Opole University, in Opole, as well as from post-graduate studies in accountancy and financial control at the Oscar Lange Economic University, in Wroclaw.

In 2004 he passed an exam for tax advisor before the Tax Advisory State Examination Board and was entered into the list of persons authorised to provide bookkeeping services pursuant to the Accounting Certificate of the Minister of Finance.

In the years 2005-2006 he did vocational training for candidates for tax advisors at the First Revenue Office in Opole, the Treasury Chamber in Opole and the Tax Control Office in Opole. In 2007 he obtained rights to perform the profession of a tax advisor.

He specialises in tax law, including representing parties during tax controls, tax proceedings and post-control proceedings.

Tomasz Klimek – in 2008 he finished law studies at the Jagiellonian University, in Krakow. In 2009 he started court legal training in Austria. By decision of the Commission of the Bar Association in Vienna, as of 27.10.2015 he obtained the right to perform the profession of a solicitor in the territory of the Republic of Austria. Currently, he continues doctorate studies at the Vienna University and supplementary studies on German law for foreign lawyers at the Rupert Charles University in Heidelberg. He is gaining experience in renowned law practices in Vienna.

In 2015, our law firm started cooperation with Mr. Tomasz Klimek with regard to cases where German and Austrian law apply, including issues related with representation of our Clients before ordinary courts, public administration offices and organs in Germany and Austria.

He wrote Fremdsprachenzuschlag als übertarifliche Entlohnung iSd § 21 RATG, AnwBl 2014, 110. He has a good command of German and English.
